PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE WORKPLACE

Race Talk™ America was created and designed to help individuals learn and understand that racial and social issues that plague our society can be resolved if we can learn how to reduce conflicts between individuals, and not groups.

MINDFUL COMMUNICATION AND SENSITIVITY TRAINING IS AN EFFECTIVE AND AFFORDABLE STRATEGY TO MAINTAIN DISCIPLINE AND ORDER WITH EMPLOYEES AT ALL LEVELS WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION.

HUMAN RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT IS A LIFELONG PRACTICE                          MINDFUL COMMUNICATION                             SENSITIVITY TRAINING

WHAT IS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT?

On a global scale, no person or agency can change how we think, act or feel. Racism, Bigotry, Unconscious Bias, Inequality and Inequities are developed and maintain by individuals of all ethnic and racial groups. There are no exemptions, the fault is universal and tolerance is a failed solution.

Social media is critical for our social development; however, in recent years it has lost its appeal in helping individuals foster positive communication skills. The goal of our project is designed for professional development in the workplace. Everyone deserves a opportunity to learn how to use the tools that we have developed and that are needed in a divided country, helping them process challenges in the spaces around them, including their own.

WE PROVIDE PRESENTATIONS, SEMINARS, AND WORKSHOPS.

All attendees will receive our general coursebook material that is presented, and a Certificate of Completion.

A 150 page RaceTalk™ America Coursebook Manual 2nd Ed. will be distributed to the administrators.
We recommend that Facilitators are recruited to provide peer-to-peer sessions on areas of the agencies interest. Employees or volunteers in the community can be used as Facilitators using our material. Ask about details.

RACE TALK™ AMERICA

is ABOVE & BEYOND DIVERSITY CERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAMS…

*This is not a diversity or anti-bias training program, those programs fail.
Our program initiates discussions among peers, (peer-to-peer) at the work place where
they begin to share their views about social and racial issues that we have developed in our coursebook. This is a comprehensive, unbiased approach towards understanding how to think critically about issues without the labeling and indoctrination that commonly occurs in diversity certification programs. Facilitators, are guides of this program. The RaceTalk™ America Coursebook Manual, 2nd Edition is available for this program, and LOW COST OF $19.99.

All Facilitators should have their own copy. This is an affordable way to build group cohesion, and works in any industry.
